We may collect the following personal data: • First and last name • Email address • Phone number • Company name and title • Location data (only for field visit tracking, with your explicit consent) • Application usage statistics and technical data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes: • Providing and improving CRM services • Providing customer support services • Billing and account management • Ensuring application security and performance • Fulfilling legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared with subcontractors we work with for service delivery (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers) and with authorized authorities when legally required.

FieldCo CRM may collect location data for the purpose of recording field sales team visits. Location data is only collected with the user's explicit consent and only when the application is in the foreground. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device settings.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a maximum of 5 years from the account closure request, within the scope of our legal retention obligations.
